Restrictions on entry into Russia for the HQS

We hereby inform you that due to business associations and representatives of large businesses the government permitted a single entry for highly qualified specialists, included in special lists.

Restrictions on entry to Russia VKS reduced

The entry of highly qualified specialists will be carried out in accordance with lists being sent to the FSB and MVD of Russia by federal bodies of executive power who are in charge of an employer or a customer of services of a foreign national.

At that it's obligatory to indicate an entry item, through which an employee plans to enter the country, and an arrival date.

Together with a passport and visa a foreign specialist must have a valid labor contract or a contract for execution of jobs (rendering services).

Regarding highly qualified specialists included in the above-mentioned lists the suspension in processing invitations, visas and work permits is also abolished.

RF Government Resolution N 1671-p dated 25.06.2020 contains the mentioned measures.
